What if the buyer receives the parcel but does not release the funds
Pescrow has an in-chat section where users can discuss and share images of the product(s) being transacted and as such we could follow up with resolving such an issue by reaching out to the delivery agency with the receipt of the delivery.
Disputes over damaged or incomplete deliveries?
Payment can be paused in escrow while disputes are reviewed and resolved.
Must one have a Pescrow account to join a contribution?
NO! You can join a contribution without having an account on Pescrow but you must have an account on Pescrow to create a transaction.
